Nick was super great. I was a beginner at weight training and he taught me the fundamentals I needed to work towards my goals. He’s super smart and knows how to explain things in ways that beginners like me can easily understand.. like what muscles do what, how to strengthen them properly, etc. He’s also super friendly and easy going so there’s no awkwardness or feeling dumb or intimidated. I had a budget and Nick went above and beyond to make sure we hit all my training goals before sending me on my way. No heckling or pitching, it was obvious he just wanted to help me the best he could to reach my fitness goals.
