Yes. Your program is designed to be as efficient and effective as possible to save you time and money

(1 hour in length)

It varies from individual to individual, but there will definitely be a warmup period so you are ready to go in a safe and efficient manner .

A word to the wise, you don’t want a trainer who trains everyone the exact same way, especially if they have different goals.

Comfortable workout clothes and a water bottle. The gym provides a locker room with towels and showers.

Everybody has different needs when it comes to nutrition – our end goal is to have you feeling confident in your new skills and habits through the program.

Some people need to start with a ready-made meal plan.

Some people need help getting better habits.

Sometimes its something completely different.

I’ll find what works best for you.

Absolutely not!

The truth is most people waste a lot of money on over-priced supplements.

Having said that, some people can benefit from supplementing their diet on occasion. 

Everyone is different, feel free to ask me more during our consultation and I’ll bring some clarity for you.
